Thank you and your staff at Home Buyes Depot for all your help in
the purchase of our home.
I have to be honest with you. At first, I never believed that owning
a home would be possible for us with our questionable credit and
limited income.
I have to say a huge thank you to Marilyn. Not only did she bend
over backwards for us, she was jumping though hoops for us. Marilyn,
thank you. You are an angel.

told us they couldn't help us for one reason or another. We never
thought it would be possible to get into such a beautiful house
with so little money down and such a reasonable monthly payment.

"I am writing to say thank you for selling my brother and
I our home in Orlando. When I first moved into the home you were
the only company in the area that offered me an opportunity to Lease
with the option to buy. If I hadn't went to your company I would
have never found my home. After more than 2 1/2 years, my brother
and I closed on our house. Thank you for everything.
"I bought a home in Florida back in Dec. of 97' and after
living there for about 6mos I began to have financial problem, my
workerscomp check was taken away and that was my biggest income
that I had so to lose that it really hurt me because my other checks
were too small to make the payments on the house. I used the smaller
checks to payoff all the other needs so I couldn't afford the payments
on the house and began to fall behind on them and it was about to
go on foreclosure. So I called Home Buyers Depot and they came over
to the house. They said they would bring the mortgage up to date
and keep the house out of foreclosure. So in Nov. 98 we closed our
deal, and they did keep me out of foreclosure. Thank you.
